Post 1917 is the project of head chef and owner Jason Carron, who has accumulated over two decades of experience as a hospitality consultant and culinary advisor to the New England community. After working with hundreds of other restaurants over the years, Carron opened Post 1917 as his own steakhouse and seafood establishment in the early part of 2024.
