Segal has also been named a member of both the audit committee and nominating and corporate governance committee of the Company’s Board of Directors.

Earlier in his career, Segal held various positions at Goldman Sachs, notably as Head of Global Software Investment Banking. Segal currently serves on the Board of Directors of Beyond Meat, Inc.
