20-year technology and consulting veteran brings a focus on client-service, innovation, and delivery excellence to a rapidly growing firm focused on Inclusion Consulting

Strong Tower Consulting, a Bellevue, Washington-based management-consulting firm defined by Inclusion Consulting, has named Greg Lang as Vice President of Consulting Services. Lang has built a career in technology for the past 20 years, working for, and consulting with, leading Fortune 100 tech companies in enterprise-scale product and program management, digital transformation, strategy and change management.

In addition to his last three years at Strong Tower as a Senior Strategy Consultant, Lang has proven success in collaborating with engineering and business units to drive from a customer-centric vision to real-world implementation. This experience includes process orchestration, product and portfolio development, ERP implementations, and SAAS strategy and growth.

Joining the Strong Tower leadership team, Lang will apply his demonstrated ability in recruiting and leading high-performing teams as well as client-facing relationship management, including C-Level stakeholder interaction.

Lang holds a BA from the University of Washington, as well as professional training in Six Sigma, Scaled Agile Framework, Design Thinking, and Prosci/Change Management. He also has earned Certifications in Customer Insight Leadership for New Product Development from the Kellogg School of Management and Rummler Process Methodology.
