DESCRIPTION:
Sports and entertainment venues were among the first to close their doors at the outset of the pandemic, and often the last to open up. During that down-time, venue owners and operators researched ways to minimize the spread of the virus and transition facilities to protect the health and wellbeing of staff and guests. The time-tested mantra that “the show must go on” never rang more true with a goal to get people who work in the sports and entertainment sector back on the job - and to bring people back together to enjoy their favorite pastimes once more.
In this episode of Healthy Spaces with Trane Technologies, Melanie Koch, director of commercial at the International WELL Building Institute, shares what she learned as she partnered with different venues over the last couple of years and how her organization is helping facilities prepare and communicate the steps they have taken.
Season 2, Episode 5: The Show Must Go On
