Alanco Technologies, Inc., (the "Company") obtained, within the last 48 hours, the final allocation of the fair values from the independent consultant's asset appraisal report (FASB 141 purchase allocation analysis) related to the Company's recent acquisition of StarTrak Systems, LLC. Due to time restrictions, we were unable, without unreasonable effort and expense, to prepare the filing and give the registered public accounting firm necessary time to complete the required review by the filing due date.
