Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 23, 2006, Thor Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing
certain financial results for the quarter and nine months ended April 30, 2006 and certain balance
sheet information as of April 30, 2006. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto
as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
