On June 26, 2008, Weyerhaeuser Company issued a press release stating the following:

Weyerhaeuser Company Declares Dividend

FEDERAL WAY, Wash. (June 26, 2008) — The executive committee of the board of directors of Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE: WY) on June 25 declared a dividend of 60 cents per share on the common stock of the corporation payable Aug. 25, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business Aug. 1, 2008.

Weyerhaeuser Company, one of the world’s largest forest products companies, was incorporated in 1900. In 2007, sales were $16.3 billion. It has offices or operations in 13 countries, with customers worldwide. Weyerhaeuser is principally engaged in the growing and harvesting of timber; the manufacture, distribution and sale of forest products; and real estate construction, development and related activities.
