Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On June 30, 2010, Gregory Hughes, Group President of the Enterprise Product Group left the Company. Mr. Hughes’ resignation was a personal decision and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
