             On June 3, 2009, Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Citizens Community Federal, issued a press release announcing the opening of a new branch in the Walmart Supercenter in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
