I am writing to you as Chairman of Telecom Argentina S.A (“Telecom Argentina” or the “Company”) in order to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held today and with the intervention and agreement of the Members of the Supervisory Committee, has designated Mr. Gabriel Pablo Blasi as new Responsible for Market Relations in replacement of Mr. Pedro Gastón Insussarry, and Mrs. Solange Barthe Dennin as alternate Responsible for Market Relations, with effectiveness as of today.
