Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 26, 2005, Marine Products Corporation issued a press release titled,
"Marine Products Corporation to Announce Fourth Quarter and Annual 2004
Financial Results and Host a Conference Call on February 16, 2005," that
announced the date that Marine Products Corporation will release its fourth
quarter 2004 financial results. This release also provided the conference call
information that will discuss these results.
