On January 8, 2018, Denny's Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing certain preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 27, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

As part of the ICR Conference in Orlando, FL taking place January 8 - 10, 2018, Company management will present to and conduct meetings with members of the investment community.
