1. $1.029412 per outstanding share of the Companys Series III Convertible Preferred Stock, payable on January 15, 2004 to the holders of record on December 19, 2003.
2. P12,285,000.00 on the Companys Series IV Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock, payable on December 15, 2003 to the holders of record on December 12, 2003.
3. P4.675 per outstanding share of the Companys Series V Convertible Preferred Stock, payable on January 15, 2004 to the holders of record on December 19, 2003.
4. $.09925 per outstanding share of the Companys Series VI Convertible Preferred Stock, payable on January 15, 2004 to the holders of record on December 19, 2003.
5. JY10.179725 per outstanding share of the Companys Series VII Convertible Preferred Stock, payable on January 15, 2004 to the holders of record on December 19, 2003.
6. P1.00 per outstanding share of the Companys Series H 10% Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock, for the annual period ending December 31, 2003, payable on January 30, 2004 to the holders of record on December 24, 2003.
