Item 8.01 - Other Events
On October 7, 2005, Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it agreed to time charter four product carriers for a period of ten years from affiliates of Parakou Shipping Ltd. A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
