On February 1, 2007, the Registrant’s Compensation Committee approved a modification to the Senior Executive Compensation Bonus Program for 2007 that increases the number of executive officers that are eligible for the program. This modification was previously approved by the Employers Mutual Compensation Committee on January 31, 2007. The Senior Executive Compensation Bonus Program for 2007 is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.
