(2) This option is immediately exercisable for 7,500 shares. Additionally, the option is exercisable for 1,250 shares on a quarterly basis until fully vested on 9/9/2008.
(3) This option is immediately exercisable for 10,000 shares. Additionally, the option is exercisable for 1,667 shares on a quarterly basis until fully vested on 1/14/2009.
(4) This option is exercisable for 6,250 shares on 2/28/2007. Thereafter, the option is exercisable for 1,563 shares on a quarterly basis until fully vested on 2/28/2010.
