We are writing to inform you that the May 5, 2009 Joint Special Shareholder Meeting of BlackRock Global Equity Income Trust, BlackRock World Investment Trust and BlackRock Global Opportunities Equity Trust has been adjourned to June 2, 2009.  We recently mailed you proxy materials relating to proposals to be voted on at the Joint Special Shareholder Meeting but as of the date of this letter, our records indicate that we have not received your vote. In order to avoid incurring further expenses, we are asking you to take a moment to submit your vote.
