Regulation FD Disclosure

On September 6, 2018, President and CEO James M. Gasior and Executive Vice President and COO Timothy Carney are attending the Raymond James Emerging Bank Symposium, whereat they will make a presentation which includes a summary of the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 and year ended December 31, 2017, and a summary of areas of strategic focus. The Company is making the presentation available to shareholders by furnishing the presentation as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto.
