Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On April 17, 2018, Monro, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it will host its inaugural Investor Day on May 21, 2018 at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel in New York City. The Company intends to release its fourth quarter and fiscal 2018 earnings in conjunction with the Investor Day. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
