This additional proxy material concerns the number of executive officers who are eligible to participate in the amended and restated Juniper Networks, Inc. Performance Bonus Plan (the “PBP”), which is the subject of Proposal No. 3 of our Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 5, 2016.
