Canadian Pacific to present revised, enhanced offer for Norfolk Southern
Calgary, AB Canadian Pacific (TSX:CP) (NYSE:CP) is today hosting its previously announced investor call beginning 9:00 a.m. eastern standard time (7:00 a.m. mountain standard time). CP will be discussing the details of a revised, enhanced offer for Norfolk Southern (NS) that will give NS shareholders the opportunity to receive for each share of NS, US$32.86, 0.451 shares of stock in the combined CP-NS, and 0.451 of a contingent value right, which will have a maximum value of US$25. The details of the revised offer will be provided in an investor presentation posted to CPs website at www.cpr.ca/en/investors.
