On May 8, 2012, Dennis M. Seremet, our Chief Financial Officer, announced his intention to retire. Mr. Seremet has been employed by NVR since 1988. No date has been established for Mr. Seremet’s ultimate departure, the timetable of which will be dependent on the naming of his successor and the completion of an orderly transition of Mr. Seremet’s duties.
