Item 8.01. Other Events.

On February 28, 2008, North American Insurance Leaders, Inc. (AMEX:NAO) announced that its annual meeting of stockholders scheduled to be held on February 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. local time has been postponed and will now be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2008. The meeting will take place at its original location, the offices of Sidley Austin LLP at 787 Seventh Avenue, New York, New York 10019. A copy of the press release for such announcement is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1.
