Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On October 7, 2005 E*TRADE Financial Corporation (the “Company”) announced the completion of a three-year $250 million senior secured revolving credit facility. A copy of the press release announcing the completion of the facility is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this report by reference.
