On December 17, 2004, CallWave, Inc., Santa Barbara, California (“CallWave”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing the award of a patent titled “Methods and Apparatus for Returning a call over a Telephony System” which describes a method for a called party to return a missed call, even if the caller’s number is private or blocked.
