(1)	On the original filing, a "1" was mistaken for a "4" in draft documents, and the person preparing the submission did not catch it, giving an incorrect sum in Item 5 of Table 1 on the form: The Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned Following the Reported Transaction, reporting it as 24,850,000 rather than the correct number submitted on the Form 4/A. This is the only error on the originally submitted form 4.
