Item 7.01.    Regulation FD Disclosure

World Fuel Services Corporation announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share payable on January 6, 2010 to shareholders of record on December 18, 2009. The dividend amount reflects the Company’s previously announced two-for-one stock split of its common stock, which will be payable on or about December 7, 2009 to shareholders of record on November 30, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
