Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 15, 2007, Nextera Enterprises, Inc. issued a press release
announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. A copy of
the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein
