ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On January 24, 2005, Station Casinos, Inc. issued a press release
announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December
31, 2004 and declares dividend. A copy of the press release is attached to this
