On December 7, 2016, Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing the signing of an agreement for the sale of the DermoPlast® brand to Moberg Pharma AB, pursuant to the previously announced exercise by Moberg Pharma of its option to purchase DermoPlast®.
