Herzliya, Israel – March 13, 2013 – XTL Biopharmaceuticals Ltd. (the “Company”) today announced that on March 12, 2013 the District Court of Tel Aviv-Jaffa approved the settlement between the Company and its shareholders and between the Company and its warrants (series 2) (the “Warrants”) holders pursuant to Section 350 of the Israeli Companies Law-1999. As such, the exercise period of the Company's Warrants has been extended to December 31, 2013.
