(1) | This amendment is being filed to correct the vesting terms of this restricted stock unit award which were incorrectly reported in the original filing. Twenty-five percent of the shares vest on the first anniversary of the grant date, and the remainder of which will vest in equal annual installments thereafter over three years, subject to such executive's service to the Company through such dates. |
(2) | This amendment is also filed to correct the exercise price of this option award which was incorrectly reported in the original filing. The closing stock price on the date of grant was $3.34. |
