Other Events.
 
On August 7, 2006, Southwall Technologies Inc. (the “Registrant”) adjourned its Special Meeting of Stockholders scheduled for such date until Monday, August 14, 2006 at 3:00 PM local time at the Registrant’s principal executive offices at 3788 Fabian Way, Palo Alto, California 94303. The meeting was adjourned because the Registrant had not received sufficient shareholder votes to act on the matters set forth in the Proxy Statement for such Special Meeting of Stockholders.
