On May 24, 2012, The Toro Company announced its earnings for the three and six months ended May 4, 2012.

On May 24, 2012, the Company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a two-for-one stock split to be effected in the form of a 100 percent stock dividend.  The stock dividend will be distributed June 29, 2012, to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2012.
