This Current Report on Form 8-K is being amended to correct the name of one speaker in the transcript of the investor conference call attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

 

On May 29, 2008, Force Protection, Inc. held an investor conference call and webcast to discuss recent company events.  Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the transcript of Force Protection’s presentation during that call and the questions and answers that followed the presentation, together with the reconciliation of certain non-gaap financial measures used during the presentation.
