OTHER EVENTS On November 5, 2004, Weyerhaeuser Company issued a press release stating the following: Weyerhaeuser Company Announces Early Tender Date Results of Debt Tender Offer Federal Way, WA - 5 November 2004-Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE:WY) announced today the results of its previously announced tender offer for 4 different securities, for holders who have tendered and not withdrawn their notes by 5 p.m., New York City time, on the Early Tender Date of November 4, 2004. The offers commenced on October 22, 2004. Weyerhaeuser Company, one of the world's largest integrated forest products companies, was incorporated in 1900. In 2003, sales were $19.9 billion. It has offices or operations in 18 countries, with customers worldwide. Weyerhaeuser is principally engaged in the growing and harvesting of timber; the manufacture, distribution and sale of forest products; and real estate construction, development and related activities.
