Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 26, 2010, the registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of five cents per share on the Company’s Common Stock totaling approximately $159,085.70. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of April 30, 2010, payable on May 14, 2010.
