Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 22, 2009, the registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of five cents per share on the Company’s Common Stock totaling approximately $159,085.70. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of February 5, 2010, payable on February 26, 2010.
