Item 8.01.   Other Events.

          On September 26, 2008, the registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of fifteen cents per share on the Company’s Common Stock totaling approximately $444,466.20. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of October 31, 2008, payable on November 14, 2008.

          A copy of the News Release issued by the registrant on September 29, 2008, is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.62 and is incorporated here by reference.
