On June 24, 2004, UAL Corporation filed its monthly operating report for the period May 1, 2004, through May 31, 2004, with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division in connection with its voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in Case Nos. 02-48191 through 02-48218. A copy of the monthly operating report is provided hereunder as Exhibit 99.1. We have also attached as Exhibit 99.2 a press release issued in connection with the filing of the monthly operating report.
